A special meaning for a tweetup

On Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 6:00pm PghTweetup will host our second tweetup at Verde Mexican Kitchen and Cantina. Verde has graciously volunteered to donate 10% of all food sales to the Gay and Lesbian Community Center also known as the GLCC.

While this is a great event for a special cause there’s a lot more to it than shows at the surface. Tuesday Sept. 24 will be my mom’s 58th birthday. She passed away rather suddenly back in May of 2009.
